The kit consists of a powerful solar cell, rechargeable battery (included), igloo, and penguin. It is easy to assemble: no screws, nuts, or fuss. Just simply plug-in the penguin into the igloo, solar energy converts into electric power for storage and application. On a sunny day, charging is complete in 3 minutes. Run time is fun time. Once released from the igloo, the penguin will venture and waddle for you for approximately three minutes.
